By accessing or using Trigger Appp's services, website, or any applications made available by Trigger App Inc (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Description of Services
What Trigger Appp provides
Trigger App Inc. provides a secure video sharing and management platform that allows users to upload, store, share, and manage video content with end-to-end encryption and access controls. The Services include our web application, mobile applications, APIs, and any related software, tools, or features we make available.
Service availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. The Services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors due to factors outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
Beta services
We may offer certain features or services in a beta or preview capacity. Beta services are provided "as is" and may be subject to additional terms. We may discontinue beta services at any time without notice.
Accounts
Account registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account security
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may not use another person's account without permission.
Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
User Content
Your content
The Services allow you to upload, store, share, and manage video content and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in and to your User Content. By uploading User Content to the Services, you grant Trigger Appp a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.
Content standards
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading, sharing, or otherwise making it available through the Services. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation; does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; is not defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; and does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Content removal
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, remove, or disable access to any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice. We will not be liable to you for any such action. If you believe that User Content on the Services violates these Terms or applicable law, please contact us at [email protected].
Zero-knowledge content
For content encrypted under our zero-knowledge architecture, we are technically unable to access, review, or moderate the content of your encrypted files. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your encrypted content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses
What you may not do
You agree not to use the Services to: — Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable — Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party — Violate the privacy or publicity rights of any person — Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials — Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity — Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services — Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations — Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services
Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property
The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trigger App Inc and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trigger App Inc.
Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
No warranty on content
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIGGER APP INC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
Cap on liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
Your obligation to indemnify
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trigger App Inc and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Westchester County, New York.
Informal resolution
Before filing a claim against Trigger App Inc, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Trigger App Inc may bring a formal proceeding.
General Provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trigger App Inc concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Trigger App Inc.
